At Manduka, we stand by the quality of our yoga gear and offer returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase to ensure your practice remains uninterrupted. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as opened yoga mats and used apparel cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
