How do I 'break in' my new PRO series yoga mat?
The best way to break in your PRO mat is through regular practice to wear down the top film. To speed up the process, you can perform a 'salt scrub' by sprinkling sea salt over the mat, letting it sit for 24 hours, and then wiping it off with a damp cloth.
What is your return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and props must be in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I clean and maintain my Manduka mat?
We recommend using our specially formulated Mat Wash & Refresh for daily cleaning. Avoid using vinegar-based cleaners on eKO mats, and never submerge any of our mats in water or put them in the washing machine.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to PRO series mats. It covers wear and tear from regular use, such as surface peeling or fading. It does not cover damage resulting from improper cleaning, storage, or modifications.
